    Standard rentals are up to 6 hours. Need more time? Extended hours are available at $25 per additional hour.  Want to keep it overnight?  Add $95 for overnight rental. 

    you need a flat, open area large enough for the bounce house, access to an outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet, and the area must be free of sharp objects, rocks, and overhead obstructions like tree branches or power lines. 

    Bounce houses cannot be used in the rain, lightning, or sustained winds over 15 mph. We monitor the forecast the morning of your event. If there is a 50% or greater chance of continuous rain or winds exceeding 15 mph during your event time, you may cancel before 7:00am on the day of your event and receive a full refund of your deposit, or reschedule to a future date. If you choose to proceed with the delivery despite questionable weather and conditions become unsafe after setup, JumpRave reserves the right to deflate or remove the unit for safety. No refund is issued once delivery has been made. 

    Yes. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental. No exceptions. 

    Yes. JumpRave carries full general liability insurance and operates as a licensed Illinois LLC. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue if needed. 

    A responsible adult (18+) must be present and supervise children at all times while the bounce house is in use.

    Yes. Delivery, setup, and takedown are all included in every rental.

    Cancelations 14 or more days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancelations 7-13 days out forfeit 50% of the deposit, with the remaining 50% available as credit toward a future rental within one year. Cancelations fewer than 7 days out forfeit the full deposit, which may be applied as credit toward a future rental within one year.
